Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I log in to the app?
Use the same email you used when signing up for your doula services. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
2. How do I schedule or change a doula visit?
Open the “Visits” tab, choose your doula, and select a time that works for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
3. Where do I sign my contract?
You’ll find your contract under “Documents.” Tap to review and sign electronically—no printing needed!
4. My doula isn’t showing up in the app. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If your doula is still not visible, please email us so we can verify your account setup.
5. I’m getting an error, or something isn’t loading.
Try restarting your phone and making sure you have the latest app version installed. If the problem persists, please contact us and include the type of phone you’re using (iPhone or Android) and any relevant screenshots, if possible.
